Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Broomfield, CO or Chicago, IL (USA). Onsite five days a week.

Salary: $128,470 - $208,770

What you will do

• Partner with product teams to shape store entry, navigation, and wayfinding for customers.
• Design and optimize the equipment experience, including product presentation and configuration.
• Own the commerce data model and taxonomy to ensure usability for both humans and AI systems.
• Translate business goals and customer research into strategic recommendations and product roadmaps.
• Define KPIs and conduct A/B tests to validate impact on conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with engineering on API contracts and support AI execution through LLMs and RAG patterns.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in digital commerce or e-commerce strategy with hands-on execution.
• Expertise in product information architecture, taxonomy, and commerce data models.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval) and prompting techniques.
• Proficiency with GA4, Tableau, Looker, and SQL.
• Must be based in or relocate to Broomfield, CO or Chicago, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Nice to have

• Experience with PIM or structured content systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and semantic search.
• Exposure to UX or service design thinking.
