What you will do

• Design, enhance, and maintain end-to-end Anaplan incentive compensation models and supporting data structures.
• Execute quarterly incentive compensation and bonus payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Incentive Compensation analysts and regional operations leads to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Revise and optimize database queries to source, transform, and validate sales production data.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve transparency and calculation accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience model building in Anaplan.
• Strong experience managing integrations with ecosystem tools (Xactly, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake).
• Strong experience with incentive compensation management, performance reporting/analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
