TL;DR

Senior Business Systems Analyst (Membership Services): Supporting the operations and scaling of membership services by evolving technology and internal processes with an accent on CRM systems, CTI integrations, and automation. Focus on translating business needs into scalable technical requirements, implementing AI-driven workflows, and optimizing the end-to-end customer support experience.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA (On-site)

Salary: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate future system needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation, data accuracy, and cross-system alignment.
  • Drive projects related to case management, CTI, self-service portals, and order fulfillment logistics.
  • Define and execute user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives.
  • Design, prototype, and evaluate AI-powered workflows and automations.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in system administration, automation, product management, or software development.
  • Strong experience with CRM and Case Management systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements.
  • Effective communication skills with success collaborating across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CTI platforms like Zoom Contact Center or Aircall.
  • Background in WFM systems like Calabrio.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
