Compensation: $134,500 – $201,500 (plus incentives, equity, and geolocation differentials)

What you will do
- Qualify leads and manage an accurate sales pipeline using rigorous MEDDICC methodology.
- Source the majority of your own pipeline through proactive outreach and regional events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery and product demos to contract negotiation.
- Sell to VP and C-Suite executives at high-growth nonprofits.
- Forecast quarterly performance accurately and pilot new process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive B2B experience on an inside sales team.
- 2+ years of experience selling in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas and managing a defined territory.
- Expertise in pipeline management, sales stages, and modern sales methodology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in the United States to qualify for this position.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into the nonprofit sector.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Training in Sandler or other solution-based selling methodologies.
