What you will do

  • Own and manage renewals for a high-volume SMB book of business.
  • Lead contract negotiations and expansion strategies to hit revenue targets.
  • Use data and usage signals to build and refine scalable renewal playbooks.
  • Partner with Developer Success Engineering to identify and mitigate at-risk accounts.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and forecast monthly/quarterly renewal and expansion revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize best practices for retention and value realization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume concurrent renewals and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics like NRR and GRR.
  • Experience utilizing methodologies such as MEDDICC for deal management.
