What you will do
- Own and manage renewals for a high-volume SMB book of business.
- Lead contract negotiations and expansion strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Use data and usage signals to build and refine scalable renewal playbooks.
- Partner with Developer Success Engineering to identify and mitigate at-risk accounts.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and forecast monthly/quarterly renewal and expansion revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize best practices for retention and value realization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS.
- Proven experience managing high-volume concurrent renewals and negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics like NRR and GRR.
- Experience utilizing methodologies such as MEDDICC for deal management.
