Salary: $108,000 - $145,000 per year + variable compensation.

What you will do
- Prepare and deliver engaging technical demonstrations connecting platform features to unique client challenges.
- Support multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and strategic goals.
- Partner with Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Provide prioritized feedback to product teams to influence the platform's evolution based on the voice of the customer.
- Leverage CRM and data analytics tools to track engagement and inform sales strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct internal training to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting role within SaaS or B2B software.
- Must reside in an authorized US state (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, API integrations, and security principles.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
