What you will do

  • Source and close enterprise logos by positioning CRM and marketing automation strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Research business goals to connect platform capabilities with talent pipeline needs.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles to drive transformational solutions for HR and Recruiting teams.
  • Educate executive buyers on the parallels between sales pipeline management and modern hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with Value Consulting, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer value.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance from initial engagement through contract closure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 2+ years of experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or complex SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in creating business cases and ROI narratives for platform consolidation and workflow automation.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts like data analytics, AI, and workflow automation to stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level decision-makers.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the HRTech or talent acquisition landscape.
  • Understanding of enterprise recruiting challenges like passive sourcing and DEI goals.
