Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD plus commission

What you will do

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to convert high-value prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Expand and strengthen client relationships, increasing project scope and introducing new capabilities.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage brands, studios, and agencies.
  • Help lead and streamline business development conversations within high-volume pitch and bidding processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and production teams to develop compelling sales decks and customized proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to increase presence and build connections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven business development, partnerships, or sales experience.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, studios, and partners.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue and sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience crafting and refining sales materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable, Asana).

Nice to have

  • Experience with account-based marketing.
  • Multi-lingual or international experience.
  • Experience with Immersive and Interactive Content, including VR/AR, AI, and Web3 activations.
