What you will do

• Develop and maintain senior-level partnerships with major advertising holding companies and their subsidiaries.
• Negotiate upfront agreements that drive revenue growth for hirify.global Ads.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to introduce relationships and achieve organizational revenue goals.
• Communicate the value proposition of hirify.global media and data solutions to agency leadership.
• Monitor and provide recommendations on emerging industry trends, including AI-driven advertising tools.
• Serve as a company spokesperson at industry events and educate the marketplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in advertising agency sales or business development.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the digital advertising industry.
• Established network and access to key decision-makers at major agencies.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and experience translating marketer needs into compelling programs.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and package complex product offerings.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in alignment with business and revenue goals.
