What you will do
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including AgentForce AI and major clouds.
- Lead the qualification and development of joint business cases with Salesforce and key partner stakeholders.
- Recruit and onboard new strategic partners to expand reach across priority regions and verticals.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market programs leveraging Salesforce co-sell incentives.
- Build and manage a profitable, scalable partnership strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Influence internal leadership to align on partnership priorities, campaigns, and resource investments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of extensive Alliance Sales or Development experience.
- Minimum of 4 years leading strategic partnerships directly with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build scalable partner ecosystems.
- Strong account planning skills and a highly structured mindset.
- Ability to drive field engagement to produce meaningful pipeline development.
- Experience developing relationships at all levels, from sales staff to C-suite.
