Location: Remote (United States only)

Compensation: $87,400–$276,500 USD (based on location/experience)

hirify.global is a Salesforce and AI innovation partner focused on delivering intelligent solutions using Agentforce, Service Cloud, and predictive analytics.

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth and lead generation within the Canadian market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, Salesforce personnel, and internal teams.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and leadership to identify market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and lead management within Salesforce.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving high-growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales with large services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software solutions within the Canadian market.
  • Proven track record of selling end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong industry network and experience working with channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions to enterprise-level clients.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
