TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing mid-market sales cycles for employee experience solutions with an accent on building consultative relationships and driving pipeline growth. Focus on guiding 500-1000 employee organizations through the buying journey for ITSM and onboarding tools.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to work onsite 3x/week in San Mateo, CA)

Salary: $104,000 – $136,500 Base Salary

What you will do

  • Lead value-based sales conversations with mid-market customers to address ITSM and employee engagement needs.
  • Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and virtual selling.
  • Collaborate with buying teams to establish trust and clarify decision-making processes.
  • Negotiate and close mid-sized opportunities from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Consultative approach to solving complex problems for mid-sized organizations.
  • Natural communication skills and ability to listen deeply to customer needs.
  • Ability to work onsite at the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with employee experience (EX) or ITSM solutions.
