Salary: $104,000 – $136,500 Base Salary

What you will do
- Lead value-based sales conversations with mid-market customers to address ITSM and employee engagement needs.
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and virtual selling.
- Collaborate with buying teams to establish trust and clarify decision-making processes.
- Negotiate and close mid-sized opportunities from initial contact to contract signature.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Consultative approach to solving complex problems for mid-sized organizations.
- Natural communication skills and ability to listen deeply to customer needs.
- Ability to work onsite at the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3 days per week.
