TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Drive growth by managing full-cycle sales processes including prospecting, demos, and closing within mid-market B2B SaaS and MarTech accounts with an accent on pipeline development and customer needs analysis. Focus on executing consultative sales methodologies, managing shorter sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to support new customer acquisition.

Location: Must be located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Ireland with remote work within these regions.

Salary: $95,000 base + $95,000 variable OTE (USD)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through self-sourced and SDR-supported leads to acquire new customers.
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams for smooth sales hand-offs.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Ireland.
  • 2+ years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales with mid-market accounts.
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals under $50,000 ACV.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar consultative sales methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
