What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end deployments of monitoring solutions for new and existing customers.
• Facilitate discovery, design, and deployment sessions both remotely and onsite.
• Automate routine tasks using REST APIs and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy).
• Advocate for best practices and help customers optimize their monitoring configurations.
• Escalate critical product gaps and feature requests to internal Product and Development teams.
• Develop tailored, scripted solutions and integrations using the platform's features.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England
• 3–4 years of experience as an IT professional or software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations including systems administration, networking, or DevOps.
• 1+ year of hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
