What you will do

• Design and implement scalable network solutions for new and existing offices.
• Deploy and configure enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Lead office expansion projects, including ISP coordination and structured cabling.
• Monitor and optimize network performance across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues such as outages, latency, and packet loss.
• Maintain high security standards and ensure 99.9%+ uptime for critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise networking equipment such as Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or HP/Aruba.
• Strong expertise in Wi-Fi planning, coverage design, and access point deployment.
• Proven track record in structured cabling standards and physical infrastructure organization.
• Successful history of office IT rollouts and infrastructure scaling.
• Strong documentation and project management skills for hardware and network deployments.

Nice to have

• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Cisco certifications.
• MikroTik MTCNA/MTCRE/MTCINE certifications.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ credentials.
• Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin (UEWA).
• Fortinet NSE or equivalent firewall certifications.
