TL;DR

Telecom Tier 1 Support (Networking): Troubleshooting Layer 1 and Layer 2 circuit issues for enterprise clients with an accent on transport management and vendor coordination. Focus on resolving voice, internet, and SD-WAN connectivity problems using Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran hardware.

Location: Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot Layer 1 (physical) and Layer 2 circuit issues.
  • Manage tickets and coordinate with CLECs and ILECs to resolve transport and network issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software related problems.
  • Handle customer trouble tickets through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed and timely updates in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor network performance and manage SD-WAN technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Managed Services or Telecom Support.
  • Experience researching and resolving telecom technical issues including voice, internet, SD-WAN, and data.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routers.
  • Experience with CLECs (e.g., Verizon, AT&T) and Broadband, Fiber, or Wireless repair.
  • Familiarity with SIP, RTP, network topology, and loopback testing.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7/365 shifting operation environment.
