TL;DR

Field Sales Representative (SaaS/Hospitality): Proactively engaging and acquiring new restaurant partners for Europe's leading booking platform with an accent on field sales, B2B negotiation, and territory management. Focus on conducting high-volume daily meetings, presenting digital restaurant management solutions, and ensuring successful merchant onboarding.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. Role is hybrid with 2 days home office per week and additional remote flexibility during specified seasonal periods.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and approach potential restaurant clients via drop-ins and scheduled meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate table management software, online booking tools, and marketing solutions.
  • Target 4-5 daily meetings to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful platform publication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers to understand their specific business needs.
  • Track and report activities effectively to hit personal and regional sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and good command of English are required.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in B2B or the hospitality/restaurant sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a focus on short-term deal closing.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with CRM software.
  • Passion for the food industry and digital technology.
