TL;DR

Velocity Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business acquisition and managing SMB/Mid-Market customer growth in the DACH region with an accent on outbound prospecting, product-led sales motions, and customer expansion. Focus on building brand presence in German-speaking markets, converting free-tier users to paying customers, and conducting regular in-person engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Berlin, Germany, with regular monthly travel across the DACH region required.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle sales processes from initial discovery and prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Execute net new customer acquisition strategies within SMB and Mid-Market segments in the DACH region.
  • Utilize product usage data to identify high-potential leads and drive free-to-paid conversions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and expansion.
  • Represent hirify.global at regional industry events and conduct frequent in-person meetings with prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams to align on sales objectives.

Requirements

  • German proficiency: Full professional fluency required for the DACH market.
  • Proven experience exceeding pipeline targets through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Ability to manage multi-touch sales cycles and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong background in converting product-qualified leads into revenue-generating accounts.
  • Commitment to regular monthly travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
