- Utilize product usage data to identify high-potential leads and drive free-to-paid conversions.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and expansion.
- Represent hirify.global at regional industry events and conduct frequent in-person meetings with prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams to align on sales objectives.
Requirements
- German proficiency: Full professional fluency required for the DACH market.
- Proven experience exceeding pipeline targets through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Ability to manage multi-touch sales cycles and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong background in converting product-qualified leads into revenue-generating accounts.
- Commitment to regular monthly travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
