What you will do

  • Grow existing high-value client accounts and foster long-term partnerships in the German and DACH market.
  • Craft and implement strategic account plans to drive pipelines and incremental growth.
  • Navigate complex contract renewals with foresight and creativity, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Elevate relationships with key stakeholders, positioning hirify.global as their trusted advisor and strategic ally.
  • Collaborate synergistically with product specialist and consulting teams to maximize growth potential and client retention.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global’s compelling value proposition to drive pioneering initiatives within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in sales roles within the financial services industry, with demonstrated success in managing and growing complex accounts.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • A powerful drive for Sales, with a natural talent for leading and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with a history of expanding existing business paths and revenue streams.
  • Deep understanding of Asset Managers, Insurers, Pension Funds, and Banking.
  • Fluent in German and English communication skills for seamless client interactions.
