What you will do

  • Structure, prioritize, and monitor the full portfolio of global expansion initiatives.
  • Define clear project scopes, KPIs, and timelines while ensuring high-impact delivery.
  • Personally lead strategic initiatives including analytics, product rollouts, and pricing optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to translate insights into execution plans.
  • Co-own expansion revenue targets, monitoring funnel metrics and driving corrective actions.
  • Identify structural bottlenecks and propose scalable, data-driven solutions for global growth.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in project management, strategy, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting projects in fast-paced SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Strong business judgment with a focus on structured problem-solving and budget execution.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Must possess legal right to work in the country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Data, and Go-to-Market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Ability to build financial models and estimate initiative impact.
