What you will do

• Establish scalable intake, prioritization, and planning processes to improve cross-team visibility.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering managers to optimize capacity planning and workload balancing.
• Introduce automation, tooling, and dashboards to reduce manual coordination and enhance delivery transparency.
• Facilitate operational rituals including standups and planning sessions to align stakeholders.
• Drive knowledge sharing and consistency across data science integration teams during periods of organizational growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within technical or data-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in coordinating and automating complex workflows involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
• Experience designing or managing internal tooling and automation to boost team efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in fast-growing, evolving environments.
