What you will do
- Build and scale cross-functional teams including developers, designers, analysts, and QA engineers.
- Drive product development from MVP to full release, defining and maintaining the product roadmap.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, prioritize, and track milestones ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy and lead regular meetings and sprint reviews.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and post-launch support including feedback gathering and improvements.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience as Project Manager/Product Manager in tech-driven companies
- Proven team building and leadership skills
- Experience taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
- Ability to work remotely within CET time zone and be based in Europe or specified countries
Nice to have
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Technical background or software development experience
- Certifications such as PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner
