What you will do

• Define project scope and delivery timelines with clients
• Align projects with company goals and communicate objectives to stakeholders
• Manage multiple work streams from initiation to business as usual
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams
• Identify and manage delivery risks and changes
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve delivery processes

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, United Kingdom
• 5+ years of client-facing technical project management experience in SaaS or tech scale-up environments
• Experience with system integrations via APIs
• Fluency in English to support clients across markets
• Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
