What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies including trade shows, conferences, and C-level customer events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics from budgeting and vendor management to on-site execution.
• Support sales pipeline acceleration through direct, ABM, and digital event channels.
• Analyze program performance and build repeatable playbooks to optimize customer journeys.
• Partner across internal teams to align marketing efforts with strategic company priorities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical events marketing.
• Ability to travel frequently for on-site event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a builder mentality.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across all business levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven analytical skills.
