What you will do

• Define, implement, and maintain HL7-based interfaces between LIS and the Concentriq platform.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams to manage integration project plans and milestones.
• Troubleshoot complex interface-related issues and provide second-level support.
• Guide customers through integration framework specifications and testing procedures.
• Work with product management and QA to define requirements and develop realistic test cases.
• Document customer configuration to ensure seamless transitions to long-term support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of interface implementation experience within a healthcare IT environment.
• Working knowledge of HL7 standards including ADT, Order, and Results integrations.
• Proficiency in REST API development and usage.
• Experience with interface engines like Iguana or Mirth Connect.
• Ability to travel across the EMEA region (approximately 10-20% of the time).
• Professional communication skills for interacting with technical and executive stakeholders.
