Own and evolve the entire Zendesk ecosystem.
Expand into broader business systems across the organization.
Build an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for internal Ops.
Automate core agent workflows using AI tooling.

Requirements

Experience building a tech ops function from scratch.
Ability to explain how systems work at a deep level.
Experience with Zendesk ecosystem.
Must be based in the United States.
