What you will do

• Conduct registration calls with medical practices to guide them through the onboarding process.
• Set up office accounts, manage their status, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach.
• Present new features to new and existing customers and activate those features in their account settings.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management and collaborate with the Account Management team.
• Provide feedback on practice performance and insights into scaling the approach to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years in New Client Implementation or Onboarding roles, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, and video conferencing tools like Zoom/Google Meet.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently.
• Passion, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
