Senior GTM Recruiter (AI): Building and owning the end-to-end recruitment strategy for go-to-market teams at an AI-native automation startup with an accent on scaling high-performing sales, marketing, and leadership functions. Focus on designing scalable hiring systems, driving outbound sourcing in competitive SaaS markets, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ (on-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: $125,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles.
  • Partner with founders and GTM leadership to forecast headcount, define candidate profiles, and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, data tracking systems, and candidate experience standards.
  • Drive proactive outbound sourcing, competitor mapping, and referral initiatives to build high-quality pipelines.
  • Influence employer branding and messaging to attract top-tier GTM talent in a competitive environment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, velocity, and overall quality of hires.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM hiring for SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven ability to source and close top-performing sellers and marketing leaders in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and sales organization structures.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking recruiting metrics and funnel conversion rates.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey the company mission to prospective candidates.
  • High agency, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously in an early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an early-stage recruiter (Series A–B).
  • Strong existing network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area.
  • Familiarity with competitive GTM compensation structures.
