Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ (on-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: $125,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles.
- Partner with founders and GTM leadership to forecast headcount, define candidate profiles, and prioritize hiring needs.
- Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, data tracking systems, and candidate experience standards.
- Drive proactive outbound sourcing, competitor mapping, and referral initiatives to build high-quality pipelines.
- Influence employer branding and messaging to attract top-tier GTM talent in a competitive environment.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, velocity, and overall quality of hires.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional recruiting experience, with 3+ years specifically in GTM hiring for SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven ability to source and close top-performing sellers and marketing leaders in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and sales organization structures.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking recruiting metrics and funnel conversion rates.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey the company mission to prospective candidates.
- High agency, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously in an early-stage startup environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an early-stage recruiter (Series A–B).
- Strong existing network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area.
- Familiarity with competitive GTM compensation structures.
