What you will do

• Design and build robust systems to improve ROAS across multiple advertising channels.
• Drive technical execution for growth initiatives including acquisition and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and data teams to align engineering with business goals.
• Mentor fellow engineers while remaining hands-on with roadmap implementation.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development to support long-term scalability.
• Utilize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize user conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience leading technical projects in the martech domain.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate with CAPI and audience APIs.
• Strong product intuition and background in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building SAAS products.
• Prior experience in the fintech industry.
• Knowledge of billing systems implementation.
