Salary: $90,000 – $230,000 USD (equivalent ranges available for Canada and LATAM)

What you will do
- Design and build robust systems to improve ROAS across multiple advertising channels.
- Drive technical execution for growth initiatives including acquisition and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and data teams to align engineering with business goals.
- Mentor fellow engineers while remaining hands-on with roadmap implementation.
- Balance technical debt with new feature development to support long-term scalability.
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize user conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience leading technical projects in the martech domain.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate with CAPI and audience APIs.
- Strong product intuition and background in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience building SAAS products.
- Prior experience in the fintech industry.
- Knowledge of billing systems implementation.
