Focus on designing architectural patterns, building technical prototypes, and delivering deep technical advisory to C-level stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland), 3 days per week in office. Relocation assistance available.

What you will do

• Deliver technical pre-sales expertise to prospects, outlining value propositions and answering API/LLM-related questions.
• Build and present demos, scope use cases, and recommend architectural patterns to meet customer business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and FAQs discovered during the pre-sales process.
• Act as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback and themes to internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for security and compliance inquiries, guiding customers through the trust portal and collateral.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Javascript and experience with REST APIs.
• Proven track record of delivering prototypes for Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and cloud/network architecture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for senior business leaders.
