TL;DR

Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager (AI Products): Orchestrating the commercial launch and GTM readiness of strategic AI products with an accent on the bridge between Product and Sales. Focus on architecting the 'Sales Ready' framework, optimizing monetization models, and translating engineering velocity into measurable commercial momentum.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (Must be in the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

  • Serve as the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for GTM readiness on all Tier 1/2 AI product launches.
  • Design and enforce 'Sales Ready' minimum standards, including segmentation, sales motions, and compensation.
  • Lead market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and competitive intelligence to pivot Product and Sales strategies.
  • Partner with pricing teams to define innovative incentive structures and compensation rules for AI adoption.
  • Define and track launch success metrics (pipeline, attach, adoption) and translate data into executive narratives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable strategic recommendations on pipeline health and conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM Commercialization within AI or B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in operationalizing sales organizations, including quota setting and incentive design.
  • Experience with AI product launches and usage-based pricing models.
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise in reporting, dashboards, and administration.
  • Expert-level analytical and data modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Gong, Outreach, or SQL.
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales Operations.
  • Ability to leverage AI to enhance reporting, analysis, or workflow automation.
