What you will do
- Act as strategic partner to sales leadership for emerging AI products, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Design and optimize sales operations processes including forecasting, business reviews, and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales methodologies and Salesforce enhancements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other teams to align goals and execution.
- Analyze sales data and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Innovate by leveraging AI to automate workflows and enhance reporting quality.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from Ireland
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in SaaS or AI companies.
- Advanced Salesforce skills including reporting and user administration.
- Strong analytical, data modeling, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic business acumen.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau, Gong, Outreach, SQL.
- Experience working with Enterprise Sales Operations.
- Experience leveraging AI for reporting and workflow automation.
