What you will do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise-level sales opportunities via phone, email, and social selling.
  • Research target accounts and industries to build a strategic pipeline.
  • Collaborate with field AEs and marketing teams on ABM campaigns and outbound messaging.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM software and report on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an SDR/BDR in enterprise software sales.
  • Must be based in California to support regional sales initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per month for field events and conferences.
  • Proficiency in sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Direct sales experience in data management, ETL, MDM, or data observability products.
