TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the market entry and growth strategy for the DACH region.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through proactive outbound sales and partner-led motions.
  • Co-sell alongside System Integrators, technology partners, and agencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Act as a strategic voice within the organization to influence scaling efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven success in complex enterprise SaaS sales and owning the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in scaling a new market, region, or segment.
  • Fluency in German and professional English is required.
  • Experience with structured, value-based sales processes like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to navigate partner-dense ecosystems and integration-heavy products.
  • Strong influence skills when dealing with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Background in retail, e-commerce, MarTech, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Italian or French.
