What you will do

• Serve as the primary business partner to senior sales leaders in the Public Sector.
• Facilitate annual fiscal planning including GTM strategy, territory mapping, and capacity modeling.
• Manage bookings forecasts using advanced methodologies and tools like Clari.
• Maintain pipeline coverage and hygiene through robust reporting and automation.
• Drive diagnostic analysis to identify business risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison to ensure consistency in KPIs and operating models across theaters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, forecasting, and sales analytics.
• Proven track record in software sales operations, specifically within large accounts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), and forecasting platforms like Clari.
• Strong background in project management, ideally supported by certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 5 or more people.
• Must be based in the United States.
