What you will do

• Oversee internal communications for partnerships and execute operational VAS support strategies.
• Manage merchant VAS incentives enrollment processes and ensure timely coordination with agents.
• Train sales teams and managers on VAS product features and implementation.
• Track and process mystery shopping payments while maintaining accurate partner and enrollment databases.
• Prepare comprehensive operational and performance reports for VAS and mystery shopping initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementations and support documentation and compliance efforts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, partnerships support, or sales operations.
• Proven background in managing VAS programs, merchant enrollments, and incentives coordination.
• Strong proficiency in reporting and database management tools.
• Detail-oriented approach with experience in payment tracking and compliance.
• Ability to effectively train and support sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
