What you will do

  • Initiate and respond to communications with prospective and existing customers, providing product guidance and support.
  • Identify, qualify, and document prospective customer opportunities, logging details in CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure onboarding tasks are completed according to procedures.
  • Facilitate order intake and close onboarding-related sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer‑facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent) and structured onboarding workflows.
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive in driving customer success during early lifecycle stages.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
