What you will do
- Achieve monthly renewal rate and customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions to drive resolution and ensure retention.
- Meet cash collection targets monthly through renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Manage and prioritize your own pipeline in a data-driven manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, corpsec, product, data) to improve renewal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales, Accounting, or Customer Success Manager.
- Must be located in the Philippines.
- Strong language proficiency in English is required.
- Proven track record embodying sales-driven ownership, humility, structured thinking, and target focus.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to have tough conversations positively, excellent listening, and clear communication.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration-driven and autonomous/entrepreneurial approach.
