What you will do

  • Achieve monthly renewal rate and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions to drive resolution and ensure retention.
  • Meet cash collection targets monthly through renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
  • Manage and prioritize your own pipeline in a data-driven manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, corpsec, product, data) to improve renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales, Accounting, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Must be located in the Philippines.
  • Strong language proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven track record embodying sales-driven ownership, humility, structured thinking, and target focus.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to have tough conversations positively, excellent listening, and clear communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration-driven and autonomous/entrepreneurial approach.
