What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven business development initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate partnerships with e-commerce, digital platforms, and fintech businesses.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and pricing model development.
• Coordinate data sample exchanges and pilot validations with risk and data science teams.
• Design and launch integrated embedded finance journeys and distribution models.
• Ensure timely operational execution, including contract management and partner follow-ups.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, analytics, or consulting.
• Foundational understanding of the Philippine digital ecosystem and credit products.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance modeling and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage operational workflows like NDAs and partnership documentation.
• Must be based in Metro Manila or willing to work onsite/hybrid.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Filipino for local partner engagement.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
