Legal Counsel

TL;DR

Legal Counsel: Taking ownership of day-to-day legal topics across the company with an accent on commercial contracts, legal operations, product legal, and data protection. Focus on building scalable legal foundations from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Review and manage customer contracts (MSA, DPA, NDA, etc.) and support negotiations.
• Build a scalable contract framework with standardized clauses and templates.
• Maintain Terms of Service, disclaimers, and legal product frameworks.
• Maintain DPA templates and handle customer questions related to data protection (GDPR).
• Manage company insurance policies and support handling of claims or legal issues.
• Provide internal legal support and act as the go-to person for day-to-day legal questions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of legal experience in commercial, tech, employment, or privacy law.
• Experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong attention to detail and pragmatic approach.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership.
• Fluency in English and German
