• Draft and negotiate complex partnership and vendor agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on marketing materials, creative campaigns, and intellectual property.

• Develop and maintain internal legal resources, templates, and training materials.
• Optimize legal workflows and integrate responsible use of technology for efficiency.

Requirements

• JD degree and eligibility to practice law in California.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, including top law firm or in-house business support.
• Expertise in marketing, technology, and privacy law.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
