What you will do

• Manage the full customer contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance to sales, revenue operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Advise on data protection and privacy matters specifically for SaaS contracts and customer negotiations.
• Support procurement and vendor management with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.
• Develop internal documentation and deliver training on legal topics like privacy and data protection.
• Monitor and analyze developments in the commercial, AI, and cybersecurity regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at a SaaS scale-up.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws (EU and US).
• Ability to manage numerous deals and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
