What you will do

• Serve as a primary legal business partner to revenue teams across the EMEA region.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage data privacy-related inquiries and Data Processing Agreements.
• Triage complex workflows and prioritize legal support to ensure rapid deal closure.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and internal legal processes.
• Ensure all managed agreements align with company policies and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience within a software or technology company.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy and experience navigating DPAs.
• Authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or any European country.
• English proficiency required (written and verbal).
• Must have the legal right to work in the base country without visa sponsorship.
• Experience using Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management tools.
