What you will do

• Provide strategic legal support across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Regulatory teams globally.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
• Drive legal automation and tooling initiatives to scale contracting processes and increase team efficiency.
• Deliver comprehensive legal training and guidance to commercial teams worldwide.
• Take ownership of cross-functional legal projects while operating with high autonomy.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across diverse cultures and functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting or transactional legal work.
• Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Capacity to break down complex legal concepts into clear, digestible explanations.
• Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and low-structure environment.
• Must be willing to spend regular time in designated company hubs.
