What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise sales, partnership, and SaaS agreements.
• Partner with sales and strategic teams to close complex customer contracts.
• Implement and improve legal policies and procedures to manage business risk.
• Advise internal stakeholders on go-to-market contracting and legal strategy.
• Address regulatory issues related to AI and data privacy in tech transactions.

Requirements

• UK qualified Solicitor.
• 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
• Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Understanding of privacy and regulatory issues in commercial tech transactions.
