TL;DR

Senior Manager Global Incentive Strategy and Performance: Designing and optimizing global performance-based incentive programs and productivity frameworks to drive pipeline growth with an accent on data-informed decision-making and cross-functional alignment. Focus on influencing executive-level GTM planning, managing sales commission structures, and enhancing commercial productivity across AMER Demand Center teams.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and govern global incentive programs, including commissions, SPIFs, and quotas to ensure business alignment.
  • Oversee performance frameworks and KPI tracking for AMER Demand Center teams, analyzing data to identify gaps and productivity opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing to align incentive designs with go-to-market priorities and regional nuances.
  • Develop performance dashboards and conduct trend analysis to provide predictive insights to leadership.
  • Drive innovation in incentive structures and conduct pilots or A/B testing to optimize pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to support quota setting, performance forecasting, and coaching programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, total rewards, or sales performance management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong background in Demand Center/BDR/SDR performance optimization and revenue operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills in data interpretation and modeling.
  • English: Business-level proficiency required.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
