What you will do
- Lead the development of multi-touch attribution models to capture the value of marketing and TOFU streams.
- Establish frameworks for measuring organic growth, brand sentiment, and Share of Voice.
- Drive the planning process for marketing investments through data-backed budget allocation recommendations.
- Build and maintain projected Lifetime Value (LTV) models to guide acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analyze the full B2B funnel to identify friction points and white-space opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity across the marketing stack, acting as the guardian of the single source of truth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of driving attribution modeling for marketing.
- Technical proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, and modern BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with CRM and automation systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to translate complex data structures into clear strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.
