What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of paid search, media, and marketing automation specialists.
- Define and execute multi-channel paid acquisition strategies aligned with GTM priorities.
- Own the marketing automation strategy including lead nurture, scoring models, and CRM integration.
- Govern the adtech stack and ensure robust performance measurement, cross-channel attribution, and data quality.
- Manage global budgets and agency relationships to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align messaging and lead hand-offs.
Requirements
- 6β10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with progressive responsibility.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of marketers.
- Proven expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic media management.
- Strong technical fluency in adtech and analytics tools including GTM and GA4.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong data literacy with ability to translate performance metrics into strategic decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in international or global scale marketing organizations.
