What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of paid search, media, and marketing automation specialists.
  • Define and execute multi-channel paid acquisition strategies aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Own the marketing automation strategy including lead nurture, scoring models, and CRM integration.
  • Govern the adtech stack and ensure robust performance measurement, cross-channel attribution, and data quality.
  • Manage global budgets and agency relationships to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align messaging and lead hand-offs.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with progressive responsibility.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of marketers.
  • Proven expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic media management.
  • Strong technical fluency in adtech and analytics tools including GTM and GA4.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Strong data literacy with ability to translate performance metrics into strategic decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in international or global scale marketing organizations.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.
