What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers as their primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Identify and execute opportunities for incremental revenue and value expansion
- Support the full sales cycle including discovery, positioning, and proposal development
- Track and forecast pipeline activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate across teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies
- Must be able to travel for occasional in-person team events if working remotely
