What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the US market through strategic outbound campaigns.
  • Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using sales intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead qualification and develop sales campaigns.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a new business focus (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills with executives.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, objection handling, and building business cases.
  • Proficiency in running and closing deals using SaaS frameworks like MEDDPIC or SPIN.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

  • Experience selling digital workplace or internal communication tools.
