TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and growth within enterprise accounts by developing tailored sales strategies for the Work AI platform with an accent on complex organizational navigation and executive-level messaging. Focus on building territory presence, executing value-driven sales cycles, and identifying key sponsors to deliver measurable business impact.

Location: Must reside in the Southeast US, ideally Atlanta or Charlotte

What you will do

  • Source and close net new business within the assigned Southeast territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executive sponsors.
  • Research and understand customer business objectives to perform value-driven sales cycles.
  • Create and deliver ROI and business justification reports based on data-driven insights.
  • Run tight proof-of-concept projects based on defined business success criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including sales engineers and BDRs to move deals forward.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of closing experience in sales with a proven track record as a top performer.
  • Must reside in the Southeast region of the US.
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex, technical SaaS or cloud-based software solutions.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and sell face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics.
  • Ability to effectively use repeatable methods for uncovering greenfield opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with search infrastructure.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
